Just wondering...maybe I am just having a pity party. Wednesdays I am home with DD (off from work), DH is traveling. I woke up with a fever and sore throat and because of having Lupus, my body felt stiff and sore like a 90 year old might feel better than me.
I love my days home with her and yet today, I feel terrible and we made the best of the day but it was hard. Gah. This is one part of parenting I didn't think a lot about prior to having kids. Being sick, especially when LO isn't sick is hard!
No naps and staying in bed all day for this mama. This is the norm right?

Re: Who watches your LO when you are sick
Normal, and when hubs is sick I watch her too and when he was nasty I quietly remind him to be quiet and nice because I just did all that with a toddler in my lap or in my back- without being super whiney either! not fair, but life as a Mommy I guess!!
