Name now or when she's born!?

I posted this to the name board but would love your opinions too! Also, how many of you are going to name baby before he/she is born? Team greens - are you going to the hospital with one boy and one girl name?

    We were team green with DD and went to the hospital with one name picked out for each sex (that we hadn't shared with anyone), plus one second choice name for each, just in case. 

    A few minutes after DD was born, we were snuggling her and DH just looked at me and said, ''She's an Eliza.'' and I 100% agreed without a second thought. Eliza was our second choice name. 

    I'd recommend waiting until you meet you kiddo to make the final call... that's just my personal experience and preference. You can even tell people that you're pretty sure it'll be Leah (which I really love, btw) but you're going to wait to meet her before you decide for sure.

    We are team green and going with a list of boy and girl names. I'm sure I'll be so excited I'll forget some of my favorite names, which is why we are taking a list. I want to have a lot to choose from once we meet baby!

    I work in the birth records department at a local hospital. I name babies all day long, if you choose to not name now PLEASE come with an idea(s).I just had a mom come back today after a week and a half to name her son. It's a pain in the ass especially with insurance, social security, and the time we take/wait to do it. My LO has a name, my work partner would kill me if she didn't :)

    We are having a little girl and already named her. My family has already given her a nickname. But it is totally up to you. At first we weren't going to tell anyone what our name was and then we were going to pick a name when we saw her but when we came up with the name we have now we just knew that it is supposed too be our baby's name. You will know when you find it and it won't matter what other people think!

    It weirds me out to name babies before they're born, that's part of the reason why we're team green.

    We're going in with a boy name and a couple girl names, but baby will be Sprout until we meet him or her.
