Day 6 u/s results

Last Wednesday my baseline was lining of 3mm and no recordable follicles. Today is my 6th day of stims. My clinic only starts "counting" the follicles when they are bigger than 10.

Anyway, my lining is at 7mm and I have one size 11 follicle on my right and three size 11's on my left. They are estimating a trigger this weekend!
M:36/DH:43
DD#1:16/DD#2:13
TTC: since 08/2012
IUI: met with clinic 01/13 - due to SA results - straight to IVF
IVF Cycle 1: Long Lupron Protocol with fresh transfer and ICSI
Baseline U/S 11/27/2013 - Lining 3mm and good to go go stim action!

    Two DDs 10/08 and 08/10, no primary IF
    TTC #3 since 10/2011 - dx unexplained/weak ovulation
     3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI
    2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI
    BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.
    NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015. 
    RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal. 
    IVF 1.2 1/22/2014 natural cycle start, AFC 28, 300 gonal f/150menopur. 
    ER 2/3/15 14R 8M 3F w/ICSI Day 5 transfer on 2/8/15 of one "Grade A+" blast and have TWO frosties!

    Hmmm, my clinic just called. My b/w came back at 196 (Monday was 70 something, last Wednesday was less than 30). 

    My doc is having me take an extra vial of Meno.pur tonight and upping the Foll.istim to 300. Tomorrow and Friday mornings are two vials. My next u/s is Friday morning. 

    I thought that a lining of 7mm and 4 good follicles after 6 days of stims is pretty good progress.... I get the upping doses... but it sounds like it's a BIG upping of my doses. 

    What do you guys think?

    Your estradiol is at 196? I highly doubt you will be triggering any time soon, love. Good luck.

    Well, I suppose that's why they upped all my meds, eh? Is the 2mm follicle growth a day a pretty standard average growing estimation or is there some indication as to how to anticipate their growth? And I probably already know that answer... but thought I"d ask anyway :)

    1-2mm a day I was told. If your estridol goes up, your follies grew, and vice versa.

    Most people stim for 10-14 days. Try to relax and don't let yourself get antsy. I remember feeling like "Oh I'm definitely going to be triggering any day" and it was like an extra week of stims. Womp Womp. Just think, you want to make the most of this cycle, so you want to get a bunch of big healthy follies to work with.
