  Yes! Though, I have to say that the last few seasons left me disappointed. I watched the whole series but only truly loved the first 3 or 4.

  Yeah, but are you talking about the books or the show? I'm a bigger fan of the books, and wasn't impressed with the show after season 4.

  We had a tradition where we watched the whole season in one weekend thanksgiving weekend. We watched the last season friday and saturday and I'm so irritated with the ending

  I really liked the show! It had its weird points when Deb thought she was in love with dexter

  I love me some Dexter! I had a Dexter themed birthday cake made for the hubby (used the Dexter logo but put my fiance's name, Derek, in place of Dexter). He loved it (and it was sooo yummy)!

  The finale was sad, yet very poetic. Still one of my favorite series ever.

  Just finished season 4 for the second time introduced dexter to my husband! Just waiting for the rest of the seasons to get on netflix

  I loved Dexter too!  Unfortunately, I didn't think the last two seasons were that great.  I was also really disappointed with the series finale.

  I was a huge fan of Dexter (my dog's registered name is Dexter Morgan). But the last few seasons were just terrible. I didn't particularly like the books, the concept was great, but I think the first season of the show really took a great concept and made in an amazing, addictive show. Season 1 and 4 are definitely my favourites.

  
  

  *Spoilers Below*

  I really wish they would have ended the show after season 5. I think they had a great match for Dexter with Luman, and if Deb was ever going to find out, they set it up so well in that season and then didn't deliver. Then they really just kept piling on twist endings for later seasons to have a big "finale" shocker, but the twists got too far reaching. 

  
  

  Watching seasons 7 and 8 of Dexter was painful. It used to be fun to kind of cheer for Dexter as the underdog, but by the end of the show he was just a life ruiner, he ruined the lives of everyone around him (specifically Deb, Harrison and Hannah), and I wanted him to pay dearly for being so terrible to everyone he "loved". By season 7 I really wanted Dexter to get caught, the only thing keeping me from that hope was that once Deb knew it would have ruined her life MORE if people did find out. I was really mad when basically everyone else paid for his terrible choices except him.

  Yes! But I definitely was not a fan of the last season.. or a couple of other seasons.
