First haircut PIP before and after!

He had a horrible bald spot all around his head and the sides were too long. I evened it all out. He looks adorable. He loved bath time and now he's out!! Win.

I'm not the emotional type that can't cut my babies hair. I saved some hair from his first haircut just like I did with DS1.

When are you cutting LO's hair?
Can you not bring yourself to do it??

My daughter is 4 and just got her first trim a few weeks ago. DS lost most of his hair except the ring around the head. Now it's coming back really fast.

Wow!!! That's crazy! Does little girls hair grow slower than little boys. My son has had soooo many haircuts and he's almost 5! His hair grows super fast.

I have a little girl, and I will probably keep her hair long like her Mommy. So until it gets long I won't be cutting it.

Yeah that's exactly why I cut it. The long shaggy look was awful. I didn't cut any off the top...just around his ear and evened it out where the bald spots around his head were.

I get my boys hair cuts for the first time around 10 month- year old.
If their hair was shaggy and uneven they'd be getting hair cuts sooner.
They actually have appt's tomorrow for cuts. Not LO though.

Mine could use a haircut now but I want to grow it out a bit more so that I can get a good lock of hair without having to buzz it all. I'm fond of his spikey guinea look so I mostly want to trim side and back.

This hair stands straight up without any intervention. I think its hilarious. I will not cut it!! Ever!!!

So maybe ever is a strong word...

I can't control Cora's hair, but no way would I bring scissors around her head any time soon! I feel like she's too little!

My 2 1/2 year old just got his first cut this weekend and only because it was getting too tangled. He has the most amazing curls. I don't want to lose them.
