Gift ideas from the kids

Does anyone have any creative ideas for personal gifts from the babies for grandmas and grandpas? I've given them all photo collages, frames etc of pics so need something other than that but am stumped. I walked the mall today with no ideas. I got the grandmas each a charm from pandora but am looking for something a little more personalized. TIA.

    We were given a customized "welcome twins" frame with the boys' names engraved in it. It's from an online company (personalization mall or something like that) that sells a lot of items to customize with messages or pictures...blankets, mugs, ornaments, knick-knacks, jewelry, etc.
