XP to IF - So Cal RE recommendations?

I'm beginning to think we need a new RE after our recent canceled IVF / failed IUI conversion. The clinic we go to know has 3 offices and like 8 doctors and is really an assembly line atmosphere. I feel like they are trying to fit me into the box of the 90% of IVF'ers who do not have DOR. Then they act all surprised when I don't respond to the standard protocols. For example, I asked before my cycle about estrogen priming and was told "we only use it for women over 40." Ok, but you also told me I have 41 year old ovaries. Why not give it a try? Anyway, I would like to find a place that will treat me more like an individual. I know Dr. Bayrak used to gbe with SIRM and with another big clinic on the east coast. He uses protocols similar to Dr. Sher's. Anyone have any thoughts or alternate suggestions?

Me: 37 DH: 38 TTC since 2011 DH normal Dx: DOR (AFC ranges from 6-11; AMH 0.16; FSH 11.9; E2 45) 11/13: 1st IVF converted to IUI due to poor response to high dose antagonist protocol (only 3 follies) = BFN 12/13: IUI #2 letrozole + Bravelle = BFP, beta #1 156, beta #2 196 (diff. lab), beta #3 1037; 1st ultrasound @ 5 wks 1 day = 6 mm gest sac; 2nd ultrasound 6 wks 1 day = tiny flickering heartbeat; 3rd ultrasound 7 wks 1 day 10.3 mm embie growing away!

Started TTC in 2006, LOTS of trying, and trying, and 7 rounds of IVF with 13 embryos, 2 perfect little boys and 5 loses....
All finished with babies, started to make diet changes, Keto, to be MORE for my kids, lost 30 pounds, still going, and 3 months in, I had a natural cycle, and then ovulated... Hubs and I are going to see what happens now... Maybe a natural pregnancy? After everything we have been through? Or just a return to normal hormones? We shall see what the future holds!
