daycare parent teacher conference

When we picked LO up today, they said they want to have a parent/teacher conference with us. It will be our first one. What should I expect? Is there something wrong if they are scheduling it? Or just because he's 15 months now and that's a milestone month?

    Where I've worked, parent-teacher conferences were once a year, at the same time for all ages. I don't think you have anything to worry about!

    Yes and December makes sense for the time to do it. I think if it was something else, they wouldn't have called it a parent-teacher conference.

    Ours does them regularly in October. Not sure, but perhaps once a quarter?
