Anyone else spotting?

I'm just curious how it's going for you. I started having some brown spotting on Thanksgiving and it hasn't let up yet. I'm really anxious for my first appointment on Thursday so I can find out for sure whether or not this pregnancy is viable. This limbo and uncertainty is driving me crazy!

Hi sweetie. Try your best to relax. I know how you feel! I have had that brown stuff come out of me a few times over the last week and it scared the living crap out of me. I ended up going to the ER where they gave me the beta test (came up normal) and and u/s where a fetal pole was identified as well as visible cardiac flutter.

The first question I was asked at the ER is "how many pads are you soaking?' well...I haven't needed pads at all since I got pg. I know it is so hard to relax in the first trimester but try your best to do so. I am sure you will be fine although I'm not a dr. just someone who's been there trying to give a little comfort.

Yeah hang in there. I had spotting at 6 weeks for two days straight. Went for my first ultra sound the following day and it turned out to be nothing. The doctor said it's very common. Try and relax even though it's hard to do.

I'm spotting right now too. I went in for a blood draw to try to figure out why. I'm seven weeks.

I am spotting too. Light brown, almost squint worthy but definitely there. I am 6wks 3 days. Went for first OB appointment yesterday and Dr did not seem concerned though did order me an US. He asked me to wait until next week to get it done. It is scheduled for next Saturday.... 11 days to go. Thoughts and prayers for all.

I'm in the same boat, light brown discharge when I wipe. It's freaking me out but my dr said at this point (9wks) if I was miscarrying it would be a fairly major event (lots if red blood and painful) so he said to relax and not worry. Still I'll be happy to go in next week for my checkup and hear the heartbeat!

I too am spotting brown. It started on Friday. Using less than one panty liner a day. Appointment is also on Thurday. I will be 7 weeks on Thurday. Hope we both get good news.

I have had intermittent spotting just when I wipe. I will go 5 days and then all the sudden there will be some tan/light brown discharge. I am going for a sonogram on Thursday. Praying that everything is fine.

I had brown spotting for a full week (from about 4 to 5 weeks pregnant). I thought it had been going on too long to be implantation bleeding so I panicked a bit and saw my doctor. They tested my levels, gave me progesterone supplements, and told me not to worry. Spotting is totally gone now. I have an ultrasound scheduled next week so I'll keep you posted!

My doctor's advice: call me if it turns bright red, gets heavy, or you are in tremendous pain. Good luck

I had some the week before and found out I have a cervical polyp while doc was doing my pap. He said to expect spotting.
