Hot tub.. Uh oh?

So I had to stay at a hotel tonight cause our heating in our shitty apartment (we are moving in 2 weeks, thank god) is controlled by the people below us and when we got back home from our weekend away the house was literally the temp of a sauna, no exaggeration.. Even with windows open it did nothing and we were drenched. (I think the man below us is away and there's something wrong with his heat... And the landlord isn't answering us) ANYWAY.. At the hotel there's a hot tub and me and fiancé really just wanted to relax so I got in the hot tub for about 15 min maybe? & later when I was talking to my grandmother about it she FREAKED out and said how awful it is for preggo women to be in a hot tub. I'm only 10 weeks pregnant... Is it really that harmful that I was in a hot tub? It wasn't even really that hot!

    Okay phew, makes me feel less guilty. Thank you. I have an appointment with my OB this week actually but I don't think I have too much of a reason to be worried!

    I just went to Maine and my favorite thing to do is going into the hot tub. I was so bummed my hubby and friend went in and I couldn't.

    If you only went in for a little bit I would think you would be ok. If worried call your Dr just to make sure.
