Crazy Christmas family swap gift ideas...need help

Help! I'm looking for ideas for my family Christmas swap. The crazier the gift the better. There's only a few rules $20 limit, no gift cards, no lottery tickets. Last year my cousin's wife (from out of town & a bit of a wild child) brought a penis candle. She didn't realize the older kids participate and was completely mortified when my 14 year old cousin picked her package (pun-intended) to open. So far I've come up with this:
