Grrrr Blizzard

and I don't mean a DQ Blizzard.

 

I'm in Maine and snow is falling 100 miles an hour. I'm waiting for DH to get home so I can go to the grocery store, and wrap gifts without a little monkey attached to me :-)

 Anyone else stuck inside because of the storm?

    We were stuck inside all day yesterday.  I think we ended up close to a foot of snow.

    We got slammed here in WI. All through the night Thursday night/Friday morning through noon on Friday we got a bout a foot of snow plus about 2 foot drifts.

    Then last night we got another 3 or 4in (guessing from looking out the window) and the wind chill is almost -40!!! YUCK!!! We decided not to take the girls out in it to church this morning. Pretty smart I think :)

    Sucky thing is that I do have to go and run a couple errands. YUCK!!

    It's clear here today, but really windy and was -2 the last time I checked.  I'm definitely not going anywhere today!  Hope there's some decent TV on today!

    It's snowing like CRAZY here in MA. I am at stupid work and want to be home with my little man :(

    my 15month old is outside with her daddy playing like crazy in the snow! we are in MA and its beautiful! I love the snow though- however Id love to be able to get last min xmas shopping completed.. but maybe tomorrow:)?

    I am in Portland Oregon and we are surprised to be snowed in. We got a foot or so of it yesterday, and in Oregon it turns to ice and most of us live in hilly areas so we get stuck. We have had snow for a week now, which is SO unlike our normal weather. And they are predicting it for another week! Geez!

    I'm just north of Seattle and have been snowed in for hmmm 6 days! YES 6 DAYS!  We have close to a FT of snow here.  It's getting ridculous, I can't stand being stuck in my house any longer.  At least it's almost in the 30's today.

    The weather is awful here. I have a ton of christmas stuff to do, but the roads are horrible and I don't feel good about taking DD out. I hope the roads clear up before christmas.
