I have been on thebump for about a year now on the TTC boards. While going thru the TTC process we have also gone thru all of the training, home visits, ect to become foster parents. We are interested in foster to adopt, but we are not looking that far down the road right now. We got the news the day before Thanksgiving our license was official and approved. We could get the call anytime to bring children into our home. The entire process took almost 9 months, so it was almost like a pregnancy :-) Lots of ups and down, lots of waiting and many stressful moments.
We are very excited to start this journey and are hoping to hear from other parents that have been in a similar situation.
Does this board do any types of weekly check-ins? Or daily posts?
I look forward to getting to know many of you!
