Day care gift

He's only been there 2 weeks and I had a family friend watch him last year so didn't really have to worry about it. But so far we LOVE it there. He has two teachers In his room. I want it to be the best gift ever. But we don't know them that well yet. I've pinterested but nothing really stuck out.

    Hmmm. I wouldn't go overboard with gifts yet. There's plenty of time for that! I'm not sure what kind of "best" you want to have, but I can guarantee that the most appreciated gift would be cash.

    My cousin bakes and decorates amazing cutout cookies, so I am going to do a little gift bag with a large cutout wrapped all pretty, a candle, and a Tim hortons gift card,

    When I was a daycare teacher, I usually got giftcards. People usually did things like Starbucks, movie theater, restaurants, department stores, etc. They were usually $25.

    My favorite was target gift cards. I used to get tons of Starbucks cards so I'd avoid that because they tend to be common and one can only spend so much there. I did once pool them together for a grinder and a carafe.

    My office manager used to run a daycare and I asked her what she liked. She said that she got more bath stuff and handcream that she is still trying to use it up (she closed it almost 8 years ago)
    She said she loved getting dinner gift cards, or just a standard Mall giftcard. She said those were the best.
