8 month old sleep schedule help!

My almost 8 month old slept super late today..10:30 and then fell asleep in her highchair at 1:15 pm, so less than 3 hours later.  Should I be worried?  She usually wakes up around 7-8 and takes a late morning nap and then a long afternoon nap.  Could she be going through a growth spurt?  Maybe she is just tired and I shouldn't worry?? This kid makes me worry every day!!!

    It's most likely a growth spurt! My son sleeps like crazy when he's going through one. I wouldn't worry unless this goes on for longer than like a week or two.
    In the mean time, enjoy your extra free time :) Good luck and try not to worry!
