My obgyn called me just now, and looks like I have PCOS. She said my insulin, FSH, and all other levels were normal. AMH level was 21, but the ultrasound showed PCOS. I'm going to be meeting with her to discuss options on Friday.

I know it's not the end of the world, and I know tons of women (even my obgyn) who have PCOS and have children. Still...just a little upset. Ugh....

My Ovulation Chart
Me-30 PCOs  DH-32
April 2013-Came off BCP
Cycles1-3: 70+ days ending w/ Provera
Nov 2013: Dx w/ PCOs and started Pregnitude
Cycles 4-5: Cycling with Prometrium- Still no ovulation
Cycle 6: Finally O'd by myself on CD 29 (7 day LP)
Cycles 7-10: Late ovulation and short LPs
Sept 2014-Finally making an RE appointment! 9/24
10/1-began metformin; 10/16 HSG= All clear! SA= super sperm
Cycle 12: Nov 2014-2.5 mg femara + TI = BFN
Cycle 13 Dec 2014 2.5 mg femara + TI =?

    diagnosed with PCOS on July 29, 2013
    SA-  low sperm count, low motility, and forward progression 
    Medicated cycle #1 with 100mg clomid cycle (October 3)-  No ovulation or mature follies were present on U/S day 14. IUI was cancelled.
    BFP on 11/23/13!! Due date is July 20, 2014!
    Yeah! DH and I did it on our own without any treatments or procedures. We are excited about our miracle baby.

       Me: IR-PCOS, elevated DHEAs, low progesterone, weak ovulation  DH: low volume, low T
    SHG 5/10/13: both tubes blocked; HSG 6/28 = Left tube cleared! Right blocked.
    BFP#1 7/20/13 EDD 3/30/14, m/c 8/19/13, D&E 8/21/13, Chromosomal results = normal, female
    Lap & hysteroscopy scheduled for 10/31, right tube cleared, no endo found! ...Happy Halloween!
    Cycle 14: Clomid (50)+ IUI = BFP! EDD 9/16/14~ Rowan Elizabeth born sleeping at 17w4d on 4/12/14 due to IC.
    ~There is no foot too small that it cannot leave an imprint on this world~
    New RE June 2014. RPL b/w - negative. SIS looking for uterine/cervical abnormalities & Asherman's 6/10/14 - ALL CLEAR!  
    Cycle 16: Natural IUI = CP, Cycle 17: Femara (2.5) + IUI = BFN, Cycle 18 Femara (5) + IUI = BFFN, Cycle 19: Break
    Cycle 20: Clomid (50)+ IUI = BFP EDD 6/20, transvaginal cerclage 12/19, Carson Quinn born sleeping at 16w3d on 1/6/15 due to IC
    Phone consult with Dr. Haney (Univ of Chicago) for transabdominal cercalge scheduled for 2/9/15.

    Hugs! I got my PCOS diagnosis about a month ago. I am insulin resistant. I just ovulated for the first time on Clomid! They also did a failed hsg test (apparently I have a tiny vagina and the doctor couldn't get enough of a look into my cervix without causing me significant pain). Dh also got a senen analysis which apparently the doctor refuses to call me back on!

    Long story short, I am sure you will develop a plan to get your baby!!!!

    **Loss 1-Cycle 7(June 2013) at 5w6d-CP**Loss 2-Cycle 11(October 2013) at 5w4d-CP**
    **Loss 3-Cycle 14 (January-February 2014)-M/C dx 2/10, EP dx 2/24, MTX 2/25**
    Beta Hell--hCG finally down to 0 - 6/20/14
    SA normal. Genetic testing normal. Hormonal testing normal.
    HSG 6/30/14 - found blocked left tube and 2 'bubbles' on uterine wall.
    Hysteroscopy/Lap--8/4/14 - Tubes unblocked. Polyps removed from uterine wall. Septum removed.
     9/30/14--Off the bench! Unmedicated TI through December 2014
    BFP 12/14/14!!! Beta #1, 12/16: 990 Beta #2, 12/18: Over 2000! Beta #3, 12/22: over 8000!
     U/S #1, 12/23: gestational sac, possible heartbeat
    U/S #2, 12/30: HEARTBEAT! 128bpm, measuring right on at 7w EDD: 8/19/2015
    U/S #3, 1/9: BPM in the 180s, IT'S HAPPENING!!!

    9/2014 And now adding hypothyroid to the list- Started synthroid 9/2014
    Cycles 1-4 - Sept.-March- All Anovulatory 
    IUI #1 March/April-  Clomid 50mg + Clomid 100mg +Trigger + IUI #1 = BFN
     IUI #2 April/May-Clomid 100mg + Clomid 150mg + Trigger + IUI #2 + Endometrin=BFN
    IUI #3- June- Follistim 75iu + Trigger + IUI #3  Benched due to a 40 mm cyst. :-(
    IUI #3- July- Follistim 75iu + Trigger + IUI #3 + Endometrin = BFP! on 7/25/14
    Slowly rising betas - Ectopic suspected on 8/8/14 & confirmed on 8/11/14
    Methotrexate on 8/12/14 -HCG negative on 9/2/14
    IVF #1- November- Antagonist protocol: 11/1: start stims, 200iu of Follistim; 11/12 ER 17R/14M/14F; 11/17 5 day transfer of two blasts, 2 blasts and 2 expanding morulas frozen; 11/22 BFP!! (On FRER at 5dp5dt)
    Betas: 9dp5dt 205, 11dp5dt 497, 14dp5dt 1,709
    u/s at 5w0d- 1 sac; u/s at 6w0d 1 baby with heartbeat, another sac without a heartbeat

    So sorry, that is my Dx almost word for word.  I don't know what your doctor will tell you but mine said some BS like, "lose 50 lbs or you will have to do IVF" so I stopped going to that RE and found a different one.

    Thanks! See, that's the weird thing: I don't have any of the other symptoms (being overweight, thinning hair, facial hair, insulin problems, etc). I actually have just lost 25 pounds this year, eat pretty healthy and workout 3-5 times a week. My cycles were PERFECT before birth control. I just don't understand..........
    Trying to stay hopeful, though. Thanks ladies!

    @GhostMonkey my doctor is the one that told me to call him...he has had unexpected surgeries late last week and yesterday. Hopefully today we hear something!
