I went for my 6 week ultrasound this morning (Ivf pregnancy) and we couldn't see a fetal pole. The doctor says that it is possible it could just be hard to find with the vaginal probe, and has scheduled me for another ultrasound on Friday just to be sure, but it doesn't look good... I'm hopeful but expecting the worst.
UPDATE: Well, I'm out for sure. I started bleeding this evening, so any hope I had has been squashed. For us it is not so easy to get pregnant, so this is kind of a really big deal. We'll likely try again soon since we have one embryo left, but after that, I'm not so sure if we'll try again or move on. This sucks.
