I'm 38 and have been trying ttc#4 for 3 months. It's been a long time since I was on any forum and to be honest I don't know the exact proper use of a "ticker warning?"
Hopefully I've used it appropriately.
Since I'm just starting my ttc journey at 3 months in, what advice do you ladies have for things that are "must do's" at my age? So far, I've been taking Folic Acid and other multivitamins and drinking raspberry leaf tea from period to ovulation. I've used OPK's and experience ovulation pain. I've got a 32-33 day cycle and seem to be ovulating around day 17-18.
If I could tap your knowledge, what would you recommend? Anything that I'm doing jump out at you?
Thanks!
Re: New here (ticker warning??)
I just started temping and using fertility friend this cycle (I'm only on CD5) so we'll see how it goes. Just staying optimistic through the process.
