WFD this week?

I am in detox mode because holy moly, that was a lot of food! 

Sunday: Turkey vegetable soup, bread 

Monday: Turkey vegetable soup, bread  

Tuesday: vegetarian burrito bowls 

Wednesday: vegetarian burrito bowls 

Thursday: Lentil soup, salad and flatbread 

Friday: lentil soup, salad and flatbread

  • Meal #1: Thanksgiving leftovers

    Meal #2: Vegetable beef soup (homemade, from freezer) with leftover turkey sandwiches

    Meal #3: Steak, mashed potatoes, and green beans

    Meal #4:  Coconut chicken fingers, fries, and sugar snap peas

    Meal #5:  Roasted bone-in chicken breasts, potato wedges, and broccoli

    Tonight is coffee/molasses marinated boneless pork chops with buttercup squash and green beans.
    Monday :lemon and dill salmon with asparagus, maybe some farro or quinoa
    Tuesday: Italian roast in the crockpot.
    Wednesday: no clue.  DH is having a few friends over for a working dinner, so not sure if I am whipping something up or if pizza is on the menu
    Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: DH is on nights, so likely some combo of chicken breasts/veggies/pasta for me and DS.

  • I forgot Sharona, where do you live again? Somewhere so very far North from here?

    I would brave the North Pole for pizza, your Korean noodle soup and Greek chicken pasta!
