Crazy Article (Warning)

A friend just posted this on fb and it sounds insane. Like it should be in The Onion insane. I am wondering if there is more to the story but it is still a sad sitatuion. I really feel for the mother regardless.

    That is horrible! There has to be more to the story because I'm not sure why she would have called the police during a panic attack. I've seen a panic attack from a person who suffers from Bi-Polar disorder. It is scary. However, something has to start the panic attack and maybe that's why she called the police? And when they showed up they saw her having the panic attack and decided to take her to the hospital. Not quite sure why they would take her to a psychiatric facility for a panic attack though. 
    I hope she can get her child back though. Just because someone suffers from Bi-Polar disorder does not mean they should have a child taken from them.

    Wow, I just can't believe they wouldn't notify her family to look after the baby. I'm sure the father or her extended family is capable for taking care of that child. I really hope there is something more to the story because it's just such a sad situation.
