Speaking of Childcare...looking for gift ideas

So I mentioned under the daycare post the my son goes to an afterschool program at a local karate dojo.  It is a family run business and they are all awesome.  They pick the kids up from school and have full days when there is a PD day at school.  There are instructors and the admin staff and also senior students (teens) who train the kids as part of their program.  Any ideas on a nice group gift for the school?  I wouldn't want to do individual gifts as there are many different instructors involved to varying levels.
