"Ready to pop" theme

Did anyone have a "ready to pop" baby shower? Or has anyone ever hosted one? Just looking for ideas! There's a ton of stuff online but I figured I would ask on here too.

    This is only semi related, but for our wedding favors, we brewed our own beer and root beer. The root beer was customized with our own labels, and we called it "soda pop the question." Something along the same lines might be cute for this theme. You could brew pink or blue soda to make it more baby related.
