We'll I debated posting this because I know I haven't been around that long. But I have asked some questions and gotten some wonderful advice and support from this board so I wanted to post to say thank you!
What we did: I'm on CD 36 11 DPO today. I tested yesterday and thought maybe I got a super squinter on my wondfo but wasn't sure. There were several of us in this boat yesterday on 2WW and I'm so happy to see PugMom here today too. I tested today with FMU and got a squinter on my wondfo and a positive digi because I knew DH wouldn't believe a squinter. I temped and charted and did all the usually stuff but nothing crazy this cycle. We did have really good timing.
How I told DH: I came back to bed and he asked did you see two lines? I told him yes and he hugged me and that was it. But I know he is super excited because he wants to tell everyone right away! I told him he has to wait.
EDD: 8/11/14 a few days after my niece'a birthday. But I will need a scheduled c section so probably a few days earlier.
The mushy stuff: I am amazed at how smart the women on this board are. I was so intimidated to start temping but your encouragement really helped me get started. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and good luck to all of you I hope your time is soon!

Me testing April 3, 2014 - FSH and LH good, HSG showed blocked right tube
April 29, 2014 - First RE appt., right tube needs to be removed and possibly left also if
it's bad too. RE suggests going straight to IVF
June 4, 2014 - LAP/HSC and unexpected endo. removed but tubes got to stay!
June 13, 2014 - Post-Op appointment. We decide where to go next since main issue
is MFI influenced. Trying naturally until decision... Repeat SA in September. Aiming for IUI #1 November 2014.

HSG 6/30/14 - found blocked left tube and 2 'bubbles' on uterine wall.
Hysteroscopy/Lap--8/4/14 - Tubes unblocked. Polyps removed from uterine wall. Septum removed.
9/30/14--Off the bench! Unmedicated TI through December 2014
BFP 12/14/14!!! Beta #1, 12/16: 990 Beta #2, 12/18: Over 2000! Beta #3, 12/22: over 8000!
U/S #1, 12/23: gestational sac, possible heartbeat
U/S #2, 12/30: HEARTBEAT! 128bpm, measuring right on at 7w EDD: 8/19/2015
U/S #3, 1/9: BPM in the 180s, IT'S HAPPENING!!!

Medicated cycle #1 with 100mg clomid cycle (October 3)- No ovulation or mature follies were present on U/S day 14. IUI was cancelled.
BFP on 11/23/13!! Due date is July 20, 2014!
Yeah! DH and I did it on our own without any treatments or procedures. We are excited about our miracle baby.
