  It seems it may have been. I haven't puked in a while, but I still have a case of the icks. I've been carrying around this throat spray as well since my throat hurts. However, I seem to be fully functional.

  I wish that was an option. My kitchen, puppies, and kitties would not like it! I already have SO doing all the heavy lifting since my knee acted up again.
