For three nights we have been up evey 44 mins or sooner.... Wth is going on ??? Growth spurts aren't common at this age right and it didn't seen like teething pain but I can't take it

He hit his wakeful period right before 4 months and it lasted a week, then he was back to STTN. This has been going on for at least a week. I think I've lost track.
The wonder weeks app says there is a leap that can start around now. It's been the worst one yet.
