What to expect at NT scan?

Mine is Wed and I'm getting nervous.  I'm pretty sure the ultrasound will be done by a tech and not my doctor so I have no idea how much info they can share with you.  How did yours go?  What was the tech able to tell you? How long did you wait for results?

    She told us everything look good also. She didn't give us specifics but she told us the heartbeat and that is was in range and that everything looked well. Just remember sometimes they aren't allowed to say things so don't freak out if they can't. I know its hard lol but everyone is so sue happy these days people don't want to be held responsibile. I hope you get a nice tech that gives you lots of pictures! Ours felt bad that no one had let us hear the heartbeat yet so she let us listen to it for a little while and made sure we left with good pictures. Sadly some people can be grumpy and the tech that did my ultrasound before that wouldn't let us see or hear anything and was very rude. Maybe your LO will be uncooperative and you get to spend extra time there!

    For mine, they do all the measurements first, and I can't see the screen or anything. But then they turn the screen to me and show me the heart and feet and baby all kinds if cuteness. With my first I got TONS of pics, but only like 4 for #2.

    FYI, they would not allow mh to come back with me. He took half a day off of work for no reason. If YH is planning to come, you might want to check first. I was livid.

    Oh, and I had to give blood. They took 8 vials!

    Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
    Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!
