Beta 2 today. I got squeezed in on the holiday because I thought I might have spotted the tiniest bit around Beta 1. I told DH that I wanted a 300 or higher to feel okay at this point. My coordinator said it doesn't necessarily have to double, but I would have been stressed if it hadn't. I told her "Sorry, I've never been pregnant before"
Anyways, beta 2 came in at 372. U/S is scheduled for 12/10.

Nothing much going on here. Had my first ultrasound on Tuesday morning at 5w2d and the doctor warned me that we probably wouldn't see anything, but when she stuck the wand where it goes, my little yolk sac was there! It was amazing to see something in there, even if there wasn't a whole lot to see. Next Thursday, I will have another ultrasound and hopefully see a heartbeat. Seeing something comforted me for like 5 minutes and then I was nervous again, wondering about all the what if's still. I am praying hard that this bean is still growing.
QOTD: Not a huge event for me...just my husband, sister, dog and I in a condo in Charleston sc for the weekend. I'm making a small turkey for us...we will see how well that turns out!

As for me, we triggered last night with HCG and started doxycycline. ER is tomorrow am at 1030 I think but I have to be there at 0830. I'm excited to get this show on the road but of course nervous. We are doing ICSI again and should receive a fert report sat. ET is scheduled for Wed! Hopefully PGD will come back with better results than last time. I hate seeing my numbers dwindle so fast bc of the genetic testing but I have to remind myself that is why we are doing this afterall.
QOTD: nothing too crazy..it was just DH and I and we made entirely too much food for just the two of us haha. We had to do a Google hangout with his parents who are in NC and my BIL, SIL and their 2 kids who are in cali...all at the same. Our niece was yelling and screaming and climbing all over the entire time so it was pretty hard to really hold a convo. They don't really reprimand their kids.....at all. Anyways DHs bro said "see what you're missing out on?" I get what he was saying but at the same time I was kind of like "did he really just say that to us?" Whateve.

My lining was at a 7.1 my last apt on Wednesday so I am all clear for my transfer on Tuesday! I started PIO shots last night, boy do I not miss those! Need to get used to them again. I go back Monday morning again day before to just confirm all looks good for Tuesday!
QOTD: I guess it would have to be when I texted my mom that I was on my way and said I was sorry that I was late but we decided to stay late tonight and just take our shot later tonight then do it earlier again tomorrow. Well apparently my cousin read the text bc my mom left my phone unattended!! She said she didn't say anything to her or ask about it but still... She actually went through IVF and miscarriages and so did my other cousin who has twins in the family so it's not known about in my family. I just didn't want it out in the opening to discuss. Just assumed they knew something was going on but wanted to keep it at that. Lol. Whatever!
I have my first U/S December 10th, so trying to wait for that. Based on my betas, I am interested in seeing if we have one or two. Otherwise nothing else going on. Running out of places for my progesterone shots and my butt feels like a lumpy log.
QOTD: My holiday was spent with my hubby and friends in Greensboro, NC. The most excitement of the day was standing in line for a laptop, leap pad for my god-daughter and a $98 32 inch television. At 545pm people started to go crazy tearing into packages and running all over the store. Luckily I was able to get my 3 items and get out quickly. It was mad house!

I have a BETA on Wednesday. I tested out the trigger shot after my IUI, I hope. It was out 2 days ago, as far as I can tell. I had a very white hpt. The hpts appear to be getting darker now. I am crossing my fingers that it is not just trigger still fluctuating a bit in its grand finale. Praying hard......

Well, as of yesterday I had 6 mature follies 2 21 3 18 and a 17 so I was able to trigger! It's getting real. I am more bloated this cycle than I ever have been. I'm very happy with six but secretly hoping I get even one or two more "surprise eggs" at retrieval tomorrow...I had a few smaller follies that I think may be able to catch up but in not holding my breath! Will update tomorrow! Thanks for all your prayers and support. Prayers are welcomed that this fourth try is it for us! My heart (and wallet) can't take much more but I must say I'm at such a better place this cycle emotionally and mentally so I'm soooo positive
IVF #1: ER 1/23/13- 4 eggs retrieved, 3 eggs fertilized; ET with 1 embryo 1/28/13 2 frosties beta #1 2/5 was 4.8- beta #2 2/7 3.5; BFN
FET #1- transferred one beautiful 4AA embie. Praying this is my take home baby. Beta 5/7/13- BFFN!!!
IVF #2: ER 7/17/13: 6R/3F- transferred 1 blast and 1 10 cell embryo 5dt. Beta hell. #1 2.5, #2 2.2- BFFFN! REALLY?
IVF #3: ER 12/1 and only 2 retrieved. 1 fertilized with ICSI. Was planning on transferring one fresh and one frozen....fresh was only 14 cells at day 5...CANCELLED and devastated due to 5cm blood filled cyst in ovary and blood in uterus.
IVF #4: Antagonist protocol with endometrial scratch day one of stims. ER 4/21: 6R/4M/3F- transferred 2 beautiful blasts (5dt) and one was hatching! No frosties but hoping we won't need it! Beta 5/4/14- 444(8dp5dt), Beta #2 10dp5dt 1002! THIS HAS GOT TO BE IT!!!!!!!!!! First US 5/15 we saw two of the most beautiful gestational and yolk sacs I have ever seen!
