  Yep! I am 3-4 cms I have been getting noticeable contractions 3-4 an hour. Doc wasn't concerned though.

  No the chances of anyone here being dilated are slim to none... If you partcipated in other peoples post you would see there are alot walking around dilated.....

  3-4cm 80% effaced, for about 2 weeks now. Was also sent for fetal monitoring. Everything looked great.

  Seriously if you took the time to read anything but your own posts, you would see that there are a lot of people who are dilated. No need for the excuse that you aren't on here...post new threads less and use your time to read other peoples...problems solved.

  Yup. Bottom of the page. Click on the little magnifying glass, put in dilation, hit search. There you go. And I have an iPhone too.
