  IVF #4: (Added acupuncture to this cycle.) 3/25/13 WTF & Baseline: FSH-11.8, E2- 56, Prog- 0.84 3/26/13 Start stims. 3/30/13 u/s: 5 follicles in my right & 4 in my left. Rx: 225 Bravelle& 225 Menopur SQ in PM. 3/31/13 Add Ganirelix SQ in AM.hCG Trigger 4/3/13 SQ.
  ER 4/5/13: 5R, 3M, 3F naturally. Day 3: two 8 cell, grade 0, one 8 cell, grade 2 (Scale 0-best to 3-worst). Five day ET 4/10/13: two blastocysts (the 3^rd stopped growing.) Beta 4/18/13: 2.5 BFFN. RE recommends we stop trying and focus on living childless, due to the extremely poor quality of my eggs.
  ***Decided to stop trying and live CFNBC. I couldn't adjust. So, six months later...
  IVF #5: Changed RE. Going to one of the big name clinics now. OWDU: 10/29/13. Update: HORRIBLE experience. Disgusted and distraught at their complete unprofessionalism and how much money and precious time they cost us. Sickening. Have now changed RE again. New Patient appt. 1/30/14.
  BFP! Out of nowhere, I got KU the old fashioned way! POAS 1/26/14 - Positive! FDLM 12/30/13. Beta #1 16dpo= 373. Beta #2 18dpo= 801. EDD 10/6/14
  2/4/14 1st U/S revealed a 5wk2day sac but no fetal pole. Started 200mgs of progesterone suppositories daily
  2/11/14 2nd U/S revealed a perfect 6wk1day "diamond ring" embryo with a beating heart! 138bpm! Add 1mg folic acid and 40mg Lovenox
  2/25/14 3rd U/S: perfect 8w1d embryo, 178bpm. 3/6 start spotting. 3/11 10w1d U/S shows no heartbeat. Scheduling D&C. The Stork has forsaken me again.
  IVF #5.2: New in-state RE. Supplement priming for 1.5 cycles prior to start of cycle, including DHEA 50mg (stopped 5/15), CoQ10 200mg 2x/day, L-Arginine- 1000mg 2x/day (stopped 6/5 due to cold sore!), myo-inositol- 2g 2x/day, melatonin- 3mg, and Neevo (prenatal for MTHFR).
  5/16/14 Day 2 bw cycle prior: FSH- 12.22, E2- 38.37, Prog- 1.35, LH- 9.46. 6/2/14 Day 19 bw: Prog- 23
  6/12/14 Baseline: E2- 122.7, Prog- 0.4. 5 follicles in left, 4 follicles in right. Start stims: 375IU Follistim & 150IU Menopur. 6/19 Increase Follistim to 425IU, Menopur still 150IU. 6/18 add Ganirelix. 6/23 Ovidrel trigger SQ. 6/25 ER: 8R, 8M, 5F naturally. Start Medrol & Doxy. 6/26 Start Endometrin. 7/2 Start Lovenox.
  7/8/14 Beta= 137.4 BFP!!! (My first from IVF!) E2- 1109, Prog- >60. Stop CoQ10, myo-inositol, and melatonin. 7/9 2nd Beta= 281.4. TSH- 2.70. Increasing Synthroid to 100mcg daily. 7/24 6w3d u/s measured 6w3d, hb: 121bmp! 8/5 8w1d u/s measured 8w3d, hb: 164bpm! Graduated from RE to OB. Now I just need to find an OB!

  I know, and I'm so sorry if I came across as ungrateful or insensitive to those who struggle to even get that number. Im really sorry and don't mean to be! It's more that know last time when we got 10, only 9 fertilized and after PGD we only had 3! One of those three didn't make it either so two were transferred. I'm just so worried what PGD will leave us with! It's so scary and nerve wrecking. Ugh, as for now my ovaries are pissed at me lol. Laid out on the couch watching hgtv.

  Thank you!  We will get the fert report tomorrow but if it's the same as last time we won't know the PGD results until the morning of ET which is wed.  Eek!   I just need to tell myself there's just as good of a chance that things will workout rather than just thinking about if they don't. Thanks again!

  I totally understand your disappointment and don't hold it against you at all. I would die and go to heaven to get six eggs, but I so relate to the feeling of having every test/procedure come back with numbers that are less than hoped for. I'm having faith for you that your golden egg is in there. Bless you!

  RE referral from ObGYN in late Jan. 2013 -- Testing Confirms Unexplained IF 

  IUI #"s1 - 3 (Femara + IUI) April - June 2013 - all BFN

    Decided to do IVF... Began stimming on September 10th!  Egg Retrieval 9/20/13.  19 eggs: 6 to mature to freeze after 6 fertilized with ICSI

   3 morula stage embryos transferred on 9/25/13.....Beta #1 on 10/4/13/ = 7.5  Beta #2 on 10/6/13 =  negative

    IVF#2 - Lupron plan  (set to begin on 10/28/13)  (Planning on thawing and fertilizing our 6 eggs with ICSI as well as all of the mature eggs they retrieve with this fresh cycle.)

   Late October 2013 - ectopic pregnancy - methotrexate injection....benched 3 months

  CD1 - 12/5/13...Lupron set to start on 12/26/13; CD1 - 1/2/14....Baseline 1/3/14....begin follistim tonight and continue with lupron.  (Got my calendar today!  IVF#2 is a go!)

  ER = 1/14/14  (11 eggs....9 were mature. 9 fertilized.  Of the 6 mature eggs we thawed, only 4 fertilized.  At this time, we have 13 eggs fertilized and growing.  Waiting for news about a 3-day or 5-day transfer.)

  ET = 1/19/14  (5dt).....3 blastocysts transferred!   (All nine embryos didn't make it to freeze.  =(  )

  Beta #1 = 1/28/14   (2 weeks after ER)  BFP! 209 (9dp5dt)   EDD 10/7/14

  Don't apologize! We all get it! I always cried after retrieval because we never got more than six eggs. But I know your six are all going to fertilize beautifully and everything is going to be perfect! Fx for you!

  TTC 2 years- Me and DH (28) with (severely) low sperm count- less than 40 total (last 2 SA showed only 5 and 6 sperm each)
  IVF #1: ER 1/23/13- 4 eggs retrieved, 3 eggs fertilized; ET with 1 embryo 1/28/13 2 frosties beta #1 2/5 was 4.8- beta #2 2/7 3.5; BFN
  FET #1- transferred one beautiful 4AA embie. Praying this is my take home baby. Beta 5/7/13- BFFN!!!
  IVF #2: ER 7/17/13: 6R/3F- transferred 1 blast and 1 10 cell embryo 5dt.   Beta hell.  #1 2.5, #2 2.2- BFFFN! REALLY?
  IVF #3: ER 12/1 and only 2 retrieved.  1 fertilized with ICSI.  Was planning on transferring one fresh and one frozen....fresh was only 14 cells at day 5...CANCELLED and devastated due to 5cm blood filled cyst in ovary and blood in uterus.
  IVF #4: Antagonist protocol with endometrial scratch day one of stims.  ER 4/21: 6R/4M/3F- transferred 2 beautiful blasts (5dt) and one was hatching!  No frosties but hoping we won't need it!  Beta 5/4/14- 444(8dp5dt), Beta #2 10dp5dt 1002!  THIS HAS GOT TO BE IT!!!!!!!!!!  First US 5/15 we saw two of the most beautiful gestational and yolk sacs I have ever seen!

  Thanks ladies for all your kind words, support and prayers! We just got a call from the embryologist and all 6 fertilized!! He said so far everything looks good and the morphology of all of them is good. Finally, some news to be happy about...for 5 min and then I'll worry again! I go to acupuncture in a bit so that'll help. I swear after this whole IVF journey I'm going to need a permanent acupuncturist, a therapist, I'll need to attend anger management and whole bunch of other mental help. One hurdle down a million more to go!! For now, I'm feeling at ease. [-O<

  Me: 30 DH: 30 ~ TTC #1 Since August 2011 

  BFP #1 2/28/13, Ectopic, Tubal surgery 3/25 

  Began RE testing 8/8, Dx Unexplained, 

  IUI #1 11/1=BFN Moving on to IVF 

  IVF #1 12/2 ER 8R 7M 4 fertilized

  12/7 Transferred 2 "perfect" little blasts 12/17 BFN

  New DX= DOR, I fu*kng hate IF

  1/14 Hysteroscopy, new clean uterus!

  IVF #2: bcp, Lupron, follistim 300, menopur 225. 2/21 8R 4M 3F. 3dt of 2 perfect embryos. 1 little penguin 

   3/10 BFFN

  Regrouping. Seeing reproductive immunologist Dr. Kwak Kim 6/10 

  Kwak Kim protocol: Metformin 1000mg, vitamin D 4000iu, vitamin E 400iu, baby aspirin, Metanx, levothyroxine 75mcgs

  Me - all normal test results 

  DH - SA #1, #2 and #3 - 0% morphology 

  Straight to IVF w/ ICSI 

  April 3 - start date for BC 

  April 18 - tentative start date for injections 

  Tentative IVF dates: ER - 4/27 and ET - 5/3!! DELAYED.

  IVF #1 - May 6 - Estrace

  May 17 - started injections!

  ER and ET end of May!! BFFN

  FET #1 - June 28th - BFP!!!!
  

  Beta #1 - 164, Beta #2 - 381

  1st u/s 7/16/13 - 2 sacs with yolks! 1 smaller than the other - Possible Twins?! 

  2nd u/s 7/26/13 - 1 healthy baby with heartbeat of 123bpm! Second sac empty. Next u/s 8/5/13.

  8/5/13 (7w2d) - no heartbeat. Lost our precious LO :-/

  D&C on 8/12/13 - finally neg hcg 2 months later on 10/3/13.

  Saline Songram on 10/10/13 - found polyp :-( post-poned again.

  Hysteroscopy on 10/29/13.

  FET #2 - BFP!!!! :-) 

  Beta #1 - 265, Beta #2 - 692

  12/24-12/28 (6w) - lost our LO (2nd miscarriage in a row)

  RPL panel and Karyotyping; results all normal!

  Started bcp's 1/24/14; saline sonogram 1/30/14 - All clear!!

  IVF #2 02/15/14; ER 02/26/14 - freeze all due to mild OHSS. 

  7 blasts; PGD on all 7 - all 7 normal!!!

  FET #3 4/8/14; BFP!! :-)

  Beta #1 - 235, Beta #2 - 539

  1st u/s - It's TWINS!!!!

  2nd u/s- both babies measuring on track! Heartbeats of 118 and 122!!

  Married August 2012 -- Me (40 yrs old) My husband (45 yrs. old) 

  RE referral from ObGYN in late Jan. 2013 -- Testing Confirms Unexplained IF 

  IUI #"s1 - 3 (Femara + IUI) April - June 2013 - all BFN

    Decided to do IVF... Began stimming on September 10th!  Egg Retrieval 9/20/13.  19 eggs: 6 to mature to freeze after 6 fertilized with ICSI

   3 morula stage embryos transferred on 9/25/13.....Beta #1 on 10/4/13/ = 7.5  Beta #2 on 10/6/13 =  negative

    IVF#2 - Lupron plan  (set to begin on 10/28/13)  (Planning on thawing and fertilizing our 6 eggs with ICSI as well as all of the mature eggs they retrieve with this fresh cycle.)

   Late October 2013 - ectopic pregnancy - methotrexate injection....benched 3 months

  CD1 - 12/5/13...Lupron set to start on 12/26/13; CD1 - 1/2/14....Baseline 1/3/14....begin follistim tonight and continue with lupron.  (Got my calendar today!  IVF#2 is a go!)

  ER = 1/14/14  (11 eggs....9 were mature. 9 fertilized.  Of the 6 mature eggs we thawed, only 4 fertilized.  At this time, we have 13 eggs fertilized and growing.  Waiting for news about a 3-day or 5-day transfer.)

  ET = 1/19/14  (5dt).....3 blastocysts transferred!   (All nine embryos didn't make it to freeze.  =(  )

  Beta #1 = 1/28/14   (2 weeks after ER)  BFP! 209 (9dp5dt)   EDD 10/7/14

  Beta #2 - 1/30/14  (11 dp5dt) 302

  Beta #3 - 2/3/14  (15 dp5dt)  1222 

  Ultrasound set for 2/17/14......TWINS!        Twin A - HR 124 bpm; Twin B - HR 126 bpm

  Final Ultrasound with RE 3/10/14 - Twin A - HR 176 bpm; Twin B - HR 177 bpm.

  DX: MFI-Very Low Count, I have Hashimotos.

  IVF prep September 2013 cancelled due to Ovarian Cyst
  IVF #1 October 2013 Antagonistic Protocol with ICSI  ER 10/31/13 (18R 16M 11F- 6 blasts to freeze)
  ET delayed due to OHSS 
  FET scheduled for July 8. Delayed due to a crazy high TSH (it had been under control for YEARS!)

  Me: 37 DH: 38 TTC since 2011 DH normal Dx: DOR (AFC ranges from 6-11; AMH 0.16; FSH 11.9; E2 45) 11/13: 1st IVF converted to IUI due to poor response to high dose antagonist protocol (only 3 follies) = BFN 12/13: IUI #2 letrozole + Bravelle = BFP, beta #1 156, beta #2 196 (diff. lab), beta #3 1037; 1st ultrasound @ 5 wks 1 day = 6 mm gest sac; 2nd ultrasound 6 wks 1 day = tiny flickering heartbeat; 3rd ultrasound 7 wks 1 day 10.3 mm embie growing away!
