Hello! I'm newly dairy free (pediatrician suspects my 6 wk old son is MPI) and I had a question about almond milk. Can I just generally substitute it for regular milk in recipes? What about baking? Is there anywhere that I couldn't use it in place of regular milk? And if so, what do you recommend using?
Any milk substitution will work in bread maker. I am allergic to milk since birth and substituting milk with any of the alternatives (almond, coconut, rice, flax, etc.) is never an issue. Taste could be different, especially if you are using one with added sugar or flavor.
