Thanksgiving Abroad..

I'm just curious if any of you will be celebrating Thanksgiving?? Also what are some dishes that you've had to adjust or completely make from scratch? For me they don't sell canned pumpkin or stuffing mix so I make both from scratch which I've come to love! Happy Thanksgiving!!

    We aren't celebrating this year - long story. Canned pumpkin isn't sold here either. Also I love baked corn and you have to use a certain kind of canned corn (creamed or something), it isn't sold here either.
