Bad news...

So my bfp has turned into a miscarriage. I haven't gotten the confirmation yet but I am pretty positive about it. I started spotting last night and then it was pretty heavy all day. I had to go do a blood test for hormone levels then a repeat on Friday

We are pretty upset about it, but I'm glad it happened early, we only knew for a week. I know these things happen a lot but dh can't get over the fact that we had no problem with dd, so he wants to know y. I hold him it just happens sometimes. I think I am taking it better because I have dd. We will try again when we are able to and hopefully get a sticky baby. I am going to make the best of tomorrow and enjoy dds 1st thanksgiving and just be thankful we have her!

Having a miscarriage sucks. I had one right before conceiving Cade. I was pretty devastated as well. I found solace with the lovely ladies over on TTCAL. I threw myself into the board, into TTC, and tried really hard to deal with the pain of it all. I wish you the best of luck and I hope that you have a sticky baby soon!

Agreed that it is better to occur early on if it must. Had same experience with my first bfp. Sucks. Hope the process is quick & your family has lots of snuggle time this weekend. Talking with a friend who went through the same thing a year earlier, DH's snuggles & time were what I found helpful. Am sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry...I had one right before Christmas 2 years ago, so I know how it can make your holidays a bummer...try to take it easy and work a little time in for yourself.
