HELP! HCG allergic reaction

OK, ladies, I need your help. Last Wednesday (1 week ago today) I had my HCG shot early in the morning.  This was the 3rd shot I've had and I've never had an allergic reaction to it, or any other medication for that matter.  About an hour after the shot I noticed my throat was a little itchy and I had spots on my arms. I went in Thursday for my IUI and told my doc who told me to take Benadryl and that the reaction is strange.  In the last week since the injection my reactions have only gotten worse.  I can break out in full body rashes and hives at a moment's notice and it really ruined the romantic night my husband had planned for us. 

So this is what I need to know - have any of you ever experienced anything like this? If you have, how long did it last? I don't know how much longer I can live popping Benadryl!

    I've never had a reaction to my HCG trigger shot... It sounds like it could possibly be from something else... Not the shot? If it continues to get worse, I would call your RE.

    Oct 2013 - Jan 2014 - Clomid + Trigger + IUI #1-3 = BFN's
    Feb 2014 - Femara + Trigger + IUI #4 = BFP!!!!!
    Beta #1 - 3/2/14 (15dpo) - 123
    Beta #2 - 3/4/14 (17dpo) - 378
    1st ultrasound - 3/21/14 - 1 little ninja, heartbeat - 120bpm
    Due November 7, 2014

    Are you talking booster shots or are you really talking about allergic reaction lasting a whole week.

    TTC since July 2009. Dx MFI & LPD. 
    IUI#1&2&3 (2011 & 2012) BFN
    IUI#4 1/23/13 on 75iu x9 Follistim = BFP then chem preg m/c (Feb 2013)
    IUI#5 BFN (April 2013)

    BFP! Beta 1:104 @ 10dp6dt, Beta 2:178 @ 12dp6dt,  beta 3:366 @ 14dp6dt
    Saw heartbeat twice before missed M/C at 8w3d on 12/27/13, missing my little angel boy
