I think I over estimated my baking ability when I thought baking 4 pies tonight was a good idea. Fuck. I burned the pecans, forgot the cream in my pumpkin chiffon, and almost woke LO up with the smoke (this close to the smoke alarms going off).

I'm thankful for big kitchens- shits everywhere! And wine. Lots of wine. And that Fred Meyers is open tomorrow so I can buy a pecan pie.

Jackson, do you want a slightly burnt pecan pie? ;)

At least my blackberry pie turned out perfect!!
