Small baby shower update

My mom really surprised me today. She called and asked for SIL's contact info so she can help with the baby shower. I'm impressed! Moreso by the fact that she absolutely despises my SIL and MIL, and has for many many years, and is volunteering to collaborate with them. It sounds weird but my mom really is "growing up" and being more mature about things like this. She said she knows how much this will mean to DH. Happy happy happy!!!
