I also hate the word fiance. I mean c'mon people. You don't need to update every status with how great your fiance or hubby is. They have a name.

I call my DH Hubby but usually just by his first name. The fiancé thing is so annoying though!

It's too hokey for me. If S/O ever becomes DH, I'll just call him "Rob".

I hate when people (men and women alike) use Wifey. It makes me stabby.

No Sally, Betsy is not your wifey she's your friend.

No Dave, Sally is not your wifey she's your wife.

Nope, I refer to DH as hubby all the time. And he calls me wifey (although he doesn't refer to me that way with other people).
Also, @BPaws, you know DF means Dear Father, right? It often sounds like you're talking about YOUR father. DH is Dear Husband.

S/O calls me Boo or Booski. Or Boo Bear. Sometimes FuckFace, which is my favorite.

I hate typing "DH" as well, but figure no one cares to see me throw around "Mike" here instead. I don't mind husb, but hate all other nicknames.

In real life, I call him Mike or "my husband" to a stranger, but I don't call him hubby, husband, dh, anything like that.

She meant DF as Dear Fiance.
Yup. We aren't married. F= fiancé. I've never had anyone say it to mean father before! Good to know! Thanks for the heads up!

LOL, and therein lies the problem with acronyms. Well, now I know it can be either, makes more sense.

I just thought you meant DF as in "baby's father." Maybe the bump glossary only has it as "Dear Fiance," but I can't remember now.
