Woke up to bleeding and some clots :( (Good UPDATE)

I woke up this morning to bleeding and 2 small clots 
Such a horrible scary feeling. I'm 10 w 5 d today, and just saw and heard the heartbeat last Thursday. The bleeding has since stopped, so I'm trying to be hopeful. My doctor is getting me in for an ultrasound in about an hour. Please send positive thoughts.

My doctor is getting me in for an ultrasound in about an hour. Please send positive thoughts. Update : The ultrasound went well! My cervix is closed, and baby was wiggling all around in there, with a good heartbeat in the 160s. We watched it for awhile, and then she let me hear it on the doppler. She did see what she thinks is an SCH below the sac. She said that an SCH does give a higher chance of a miscarriage, so we aren't out of the woods yet, but that things are looking good, and that the SCH was likely the cause of the bleed this morning. I feel so much better and am so happy that she got me in this afternoon right before the holiday. I know I still have a long way to go, but every day with a healthy baby is a good one. I should have the NT scan in the next 2 weeks, and then another appointment with her 2 weeks after that, so I'm just going to keep loving my baby and hoping to see good scans. Thanks for all of your thoughts today!
