Croup & Thanksgiving

Hi ladies, for anyone who had a LO with croup, what are your thoughts on being around the family? Specifically other babies and a very sick grandma. My gut says him and I stay home.

What are your opinions?

Thank you! That is one thing I either missed the doc saying or forgot to ask, didn't know how long it was contagious for!

I would stay home. You might be able to get a small turkey for you and lo.

Oh no. I hate that you're dealing with a sicky at Thanksgiving. Hope he feels much better quickly.

When Tucker had it his pedi advised us not to go around anyone; definitely have your H bring you leftovers!

I'll fight to stay home. MHs family is giving him a guilt trip bc they "want to see LO" ... they all live within 20 mins or less so they have chances all the time.
