Any suggestions for lunch on the go? M refuses the spoon a lot. Today we had to go to the mall and I brought a sprouts package...she actually ate that and some Cheerios but doesn't seem like much. Ideas ?
this weekend I packed cut up tomatoes, go gurt into our cooler bag but was wondering the same. I sued to be OK with some peas and carrots steamed but she isn't interested in them any more (this week at least) banana is good. We havn't done PB & J yet but I think we are going to start this week.
I've also been brainstorming this though cuz I want to be a bit more prepared for going out now that we are not using pouches on the regular.
The hospital introduced me to Grippers. They are little bags with different snacks. K loves the graham cracker ones. I am getting some on our way home. I also do pb sandwich, hormel made some wraps that worked great when visiting my dad, fruit, string cheese, pouches, and crackers.
we are a "pouch and cheerios" on the go family. I try to choose the pouches with some protein in them (usually ones that contain peas). I sometimes also bring string cheese and/or mum-mums.
If we are going to someone's house or a restaurant where we'll be eating at a table, then I'll bring little tupperwares of whatever and a spoon.
