I think many of us are going through this at the moment, and I've been putting it down to teething, but I'm looking for any other ideas or suggestions. I know T is teething something awful at the moment. Our bedtime routine is normal - supper, bath, then I nurse her to sleep then put her in her crib. The last few evenings she's woken up half an hour to an hour after going down, crying with pain, but then easily soothed. She'll go back to sleep quickly if one of us is holding her, and sometimes we can put her back to bed, but other times she just won't settle for hours. We give her paracetamol or ibuprofen before bed, also rub numbing stuff on her gums. Is it another part of teething that we must just ride out, or is there something else that could be causing this? Help!
Re: Help help help! Sleep troubles
She did sleep through the night before, so hopefully it's "just a phase" and we'll get out of it in the end!
