So FIL is here for thanksgiving and he offered to watch Howell so H and I could go out last night. That was very nice so I'm not complaining but he's a bit absentminded. He didn't give him his bedtime bottle and put Howell's diaper on backwards. How does one even manage to get a diaper on backwards?

Anything funny happen yet with your extended family on this Holiday weekend?

    Nothing, yet, but we're not down to their place until tomorrow.

    About the backwards diaper, though.  It remind me of a diaper story of my own.  Dh, when Albert was much littler, put Albert's diaper on inside out.  We cloth diaper so the polyurethane cover was not against the prefold.  Anyway, he couldn't figure out why it was so hard to do the snaps! Duh...

    This might be more ridiculous than funny but DH's Grandpa is a little....competitive when it comes to playing games.

    Well, he found out that BIL (who is 15 btw) helped his girlfriend, who is new in the family, pick which card to play, Grandpa threw the deck of cards and stomped off. As he was throwing a childish tantrum, he yelled "BIL isn't being fair!! I won't play with him if he's not going to play fair!!!!!!"

    Okay, he's your grandson. Freaking relax and put down the Bourbon.

    Nothing yet. We fly out to Chicago tomorrow so that's when the crazy will start
