TB issues?

Is anyone else having technical issues with posting? It won't let me post on the computer. I am getting pretty annoyed when I try and post and it tells me I need a body of text after I wrote a message already.

I was having trouble last night. It wouldn't let me post but today is working fine. I was on firefox both times.

yes- sometimes when I go to post it says it's over capacity and to wait a minute.
