Gift Ideas needed (5 yo Girl, and 13 yo Girls)

Any ideas?  I'm thinking Lalaloopsy, but they freak me out.  And for the older ones, I'm thinking hair or earrings or other girly stuff.  They're cousins, so I'd like to get them similar things...  Spending limit for these gifts is around $35.

DS - 9/12/08 9 lbs 22.5 in.

Natural M/C 9/21/09 at 8w 1d baby measured 6w 3d

DS2 - 7/13/10 10 lb 2.5 oz. 21.5 in

DD1 - 9/21/12 9 lbs 4 oz. 22.5 in 

Baby #4 due Spring of 2014!

    For the older ones, how about a cute little clutch or wallet, with the remainder of your limit in gift card form to their fav store? Or a cute makeup clutch with nail polishes in it?

    5 year old... is she into crafts? You could put together a little kit-- markers, fun papers, paints, pom poms

    I like craft projects or supplies for younger kids.  For older, Target has some really cute makeup and nail polish gift sets.  I loved getting that kind of stuff as a younger teen because I felt like it was grown-up, plus they're affordable and adorable.

    Great ideas ladies!  Keep'em coming!!!  One of the older nieces and younger niece are sisters.  The older one really likes baking/cooking, if that helps.

    My five year old likes LaLaLoopsy and My Little Pony. She is also into the Littlest Pet Shop and princesses.  For the older girls I like the idea of the cute purse with a gift card. Actually you could do that for the five year too. Jocelyn loves to have gift cards to buy whatever she wants.
