WAYD today?

I'm off work and so is DH, but DD's daycare is closed so we have her at home.  We are hosting 10 adults, a toddler, and a newborn tomorrow, so we prepping as much as possible today.  Last night I made cranberry orange dressing and baked bread.  Today we are brining and thawing turkey, I already set up the apps for tomorrow (sliced a ton of cheese), and I'm planning to chop veggies.  I also need to raid my in-laws' house for tablecloths and some extra flatware, then set up tables and chairs.  If I'm feeling crafty tonight I might make decorations.

It's a busy day!

Who's working today?  Who's prepping for tomorrow?  Which A12 ladies are on the road?  (Stay safe!)  Who is lucky enough to be off work AND just hanging around at home?

    It's been a lazy day so far! I am supposed to watch the little boy I watch today, but he's not here yet (he's normally here an hour and a half ago). My husband will probably get off early so that'll be nice. We also have a play date today. Oh and I'll have to do some cooking this evening for tomorrow.

    Working today and hoping it's quiet so I can leave early. B woke up with a face full of snot but acting normal so please wish us health as we pack tonight to drive to Indy in the morning. Getting sick and not being able to go would be beyond disappointing. Stay safe and healthy everyone!!

    I'm shopping and cooking like a mad woman. Want to get the pies made and the dry brine on the turkey. Also making stock, bread dough and prepping the dressing. My goal is for tomorrow to be relaxed and enjoyable.

    Working a half day and then heading to Indiana for the holiday. I hope DS does well. It is an 11.5 hour drive but we will be doing it in 2 days. I hope the weather holds out! Safe travels to all the A12 travelling and Happy Thanksgiving!

    Pretty normal day for us. Usually we go to singalong at the library but we missed it today due to a major poop incident. We'll take a walk up to the supermarket later and then I'll be baking a dessert to bring to mil's tomorrow. I would like to take ds to the park, but not sure if the weather will cooperate.

    Already did laundry and made some soy wax tarts for Christmas gifts. Have a client for a wax later (I am a licensed esthetician). H has the day off and I really plan on doing nothing with him and DD :)

    I am working from home today but not really working that much. My mom is here still to watch DD but I am trying to get things together for tomorrow. We aren't traveling far but will be gone from like 11-8 so need to get DD's bag all packed up.
    DD has her 15 month appt today in about 45mins, and then we are all making a run to the store to pick up some things for dinner tomorrow.

    DD1 had off school today. So we've had a productive morning. We went to Target this morning. Then to the mall. I'm now at home trying to get DD2 down for a nap. DD1 has cheerleading this evening. We are going to MIL for Thanksgiving and she ordered food from a restaurant so there's nothing for me to prep for.

    I had the day off so ds and I cleaned all day. We prepped some but most of what we are making will be done tomorrow. I just finished making breakfast for tomorrow in the crockpot. I'm excited about thanksgiving this year. I feel like last year I was still in a daze.

    I worked earlier today, I prepped for tomorrow for the past 3 days. So I really only have to cook a ham, turkey, and corn bread casserole. Yeah me! I also pumped about breaking into 2 bottles of good chardonnay tomorrow!
