Someone please inspire me. I can't keep eating macaroni! What are you having for dinner? Or what do you wish you were having? Here's a cute festive puppy for your time and participation! Eta- words are hard.

    Roast beef and mashed potatoes with gravy and stuffing.

    I'm throwing together things that I haven't used this week and making a stirfry - mushrooms, a red bell pepper, frozen broccoli and a chicken breast. This + teriyaki sauce + rice = quick, easy dinner.

    But...

    I kind of want your Mac N Cheese.

    Two things- SO wants pizza so dominos it is. But thank you and keep em coming!! I will for sure reference this thread many times! And speaking of Mac n cheese has anyone tried the "one pot method"? I made it and holy cow! I love cheese but I couldn't eat more than a few bites! Maybe I am so used to processed cheese... It was good but man, I am not woman enough for that.

    We are making French's onion crusted chicken with rice and spinach. It's the first time we are trying that on the chicken we had a whole bunch for thanksgiving.

    I made chicken noodle soup from scratch (though my noodles kinda dissolved into the soup...still tasty though) but, what I really want is stuffing with chicken pieces and corn over mashed potatoes and gravy. This way I can mix it all together and eat it while watching jeopardy and wheel of fortune lol.

    Ugh, I was feeling uncomfortable and overly full BEFORE dinnertime.  Also couldn't get motivated to make anything.  So it was peanut butter sammich (hold the jelly).
