Anyone every experienced blood clots while preg ?

I spent this weekend shopping with my hubby and was so pumped to have no back pain at all. Sunday I wake up and I have a pain behind my left leg just to the inside of my knee. It didn't really hurt to walk but hurt mostly when I put pressure in it or was sitting with my legs under me in the floor. I don't remember hitting it on anything but it kinda feels like a bruise. No bruise there though. Anyway- kind of wondering about blood clots. I know they can be more prevalent when your pregnant. I'm still having the pain today- any one have experience with this?

Not personally, but I'm a nurse and what your describing could definitely be a blood clot/dvt in your calf. I would definitely have it checked out! Good luck

Please be sure to call your doc! During my first pregnancy, I had a bad fall and two weeks later ended up with a DVT. It was much like what you are describing just further up my leg.

I am a nurse and also had a clot in my leg about a month ago now. I didn't want to get it checked because I am a stupid stubborn person but did. I had a week on the hospital bed rest for a few weeks after that and can't return to work until idk when. I have to take injection heparin until about 35+ weeks pregnant than switch to pills until delivery than back to injections and I have to see even more doctors. Omg totally sucked all of the fun out of this pregnancy but saved my life. I say go get checked because I had no predisposing factors and well I had one. Good luck.
