  I loved mine with DS, I used it for 3 years.  I got the Lionheart one again for DD, and it hasn't warmed the wipes properly.  I need to call the company and see if they will replace it.

  I received one at my baby shower and hadn't used it until now. It's very cold where we live and while they aren't "as warm" by the time they get used I still think he appreciates it

  I love ours they aren't super warm but at least they aren't freezing. When we are out of the house I can tell he is kinda shocked when I use a cold wipe. We have the lionheart warmer as well.

  I have the lionheart one too and almost never use it because there isn't a great spot for it on the changing table.
  @violet1183 Once a week I wring out the insert in the sink and run cold water over it. I haven't noticed it getting hard but I keep kicking myself because we aren't using it anyways.
