To book or not to book?

So being that we are taking a break from TTC until next year, we are contemplating taking a trip to San Francisco in February. The rates are pretty good, and if we booked early enough, we could get a decent place in Napa for Valentine's (the rest of the time we'd stay with friends in the city). I've never been, and could use a nice wine vacation before moving on to IVF in March.
At the same time, I'm a little anxious to spend the money right now - between IF, Thanksgiving, and early Christmas shopping...I feel broke! We are already going to Boston for Christmas to see DHs family. And we will still be trying on our own in Dec/Jan. What if I was lucky enough to get pregnant during our treatment break and was stuck in Napa with nothing to do?
Do I just suck it up and book? I kinda know the answer...shoot, I always say I hate living my life around IF and TTC. But maybe I just need a 2nd/3rd opinion to give me the extra oomph and book the dang thing.
Also...if you have any travel tips for Boston or the wine country, I gladly welcome them

Haha! I kinda figured...but I need a kick in the butt to get me over the edge. We have been doing A LOT of traveling the last few months and more to come in Dec and Jan. So when I tell people we may do San Fran before IVF, some people get excited and others give me that questioning look as if we're doing too much.

BOOK IT! DH and I went to San Francisco a few years ago for Christmas and had the most amazing time. And, if you do get KU there is still plenty to do in Napa -- Amazing food, spas, tours, etc.

DX: PCOS, Stage III Endo, slight Adenomyosis, blocked tube, and probable LPD
