WWJ12 Do-pregnancy related

I am 38w4d and have been feeling like crap. I have had extreme nausea the last couple days and a headache that will not quit for the last 18 or so hours. I work in an ER so they took my BP just now and it was 168/95 which the RN said was a little high. I also had a high heart rate at 127. I am not a nurse or anything in the medical field so I don't really know if these numbers are high or not. This may be a stupid question but do you think I should call the doctor? I was just at the doctor the end of last week and he said everything looked great and I "seem right on schedule". TIA

    Thanks ladies. I called and they do want to see me today and said that I normally run in the 120's over 70's so it is pretty high for me.
