T&P Please!

Yesterday I had to take my LO into the doctor because after having been in daycare one week, she is extremely sick. The doctor prescribed her a nebulizer so that we can do breathing treatments, amoxicillin to fight off any bacteria, and sent us over to the hospital for a chest x-Ray so we can be sure there isn't anything wrong with her lungs. She is just having the hardest time and it's breaking my heart to see how sick she is. Please keep us in your prayers as we go back to the doctor this morning to get the results of the x-Ray. I'm praying it isn't anything serious, but at this point I don't know.

It might be worth it to call daycare and find out if they've had anything specific going around a good center should notify you if your child has been in contact with another child who has been diagnosed with something contagious (from pink eye, to strep, to rsv, etc) they should also post in a public place any diagnosis of children in the whole center.

This- it could help confirm a diagnosis or serve as a warning for other parents if your child is the first to be affected. Hope all is well with your LO! The first daycare illness is the worst.
